  1. This is the latest shareware version of the Easel program,
  2. a Microsoft Windows application for conversion of graphics
  3. files and for clipboard bitmap manipulation. This version
  4. (v3.07) includes yet another major bug fix in the handling
  5. of PC Paintbrush format files (This was an old bug). I have
  6. hopefully gotten all the PC Paintbrush bugs out now..
  7.
